NEAT – New English American Theatre is proud to feature aspiring  as well as established, published Authors, Poets, Playwrights and giving them the opportunity to present their own works on a regular basis with the DARK MONDAY @ MERLIN series. It has become an annual tradition to feature the WRITERS IN STUTTGART collective every January and Daniel Regelbrugge in February / March.

Since 2016, NEAT has featured the prolific American Author & Poet Daniel Regelbrugge in our monthly DARK MONDAY @ MERLIN series in an evening dedicated to his newest work. Daniel’s texts are scintillating and spellbinding and it is always a treat to hear them presented by the author himself in his inimitable style; often supported by selected actors and musicians, such as Pascal Dieterich, Christopher Parkinson, Susana Schwartz and John Doyle.

He was a soldier and an arms control inspector/Russian interpreter for fifteen years, and helped translate the START Follow-on Treaty in Geneva in 2010. He has written three novels, three collections of short stories, and a collection of poetry. All of these works are available on Amazon.
