First Stuttgart International Amateur Theatre Festival

“Theatre without borders“– is the motto of the first International Amateur Theatre Festival in Stuttgart (ITAS). The goal of the festival is finding common ground for the cultural meeting of non professional theatre ensembles from every corner of the globe to make new experiences, to build networks, and to learn from one another. The Focus is the encounter and exchange between national and international theatre groups that aim to take on and creatively shape new impulses of development within our society.

NEAT will be opening the festival with our performance of GRACELAND.

There will be groups performing from Russia, Iran, Israel, Chile, Hungary, Estland, Croatia, Italy, Czech Republic, Nepal and Germany – in their respective languages.
