“…A goddamn impossible way of life…”

BROKEN STRINGS & SPAIN by Bob Lind
The play BROKEN STRINGS is part of the ROAD PLAYS trilogy. These are three thematically linked pieces about the joys, sorrows and dangers of life on the road about which the playwright, Bob Lind, states; “These plays tell the stories of three such nomadic mortals who enjoy the gifts and pay the price of living in that impossibility. There are a few mad souls on this earth who thrive in the sometimes thrilling; sometimes heartbreaking; always risky realm of life on the move. Forsaking the warmth of the home fires, and the comforting nearness of the ones they love, they’re driven to bring what they have to strangers who wait for them in faraway corners of the globe.
Or as musician, Robbie Robertson called it; “a goddamn impossible way of life.”
