The 10 Minute Open Stage performance at ROSENAU will feature Jasmina Dordevic, Ashley Remus, Samantha Mohr, Paula Gil-Casares, Charles C. Urban – we will be performing a representative selection of songs from The Girl Group Project THE CUPID QUESTION by Jadi Campbell.
The OPEN STAGE in ROSENAU presents a wide spectrum of entertainment in its monthly Variety Show!
The “Open Stage” trend has become an important part of stage culture and can be found in all major cities around the globe. These are held on mostly small stages, where special moments and tragic moments, comical events and great personal successes are experienced at close distance and celebrated in new and different ways.
In 2003, ROSENAU was the first venue to offer an Open Stage in Stuttgart. It was initially a cautious attempt to establish this form of popular entertainment and it very quickly assumed a cult status. These monthly events are heavily frequented and well attended by both artists and audiences; the waiting lists to perform are long and the shows always sold out.
The Open Stage at ROSENAU takes place on two Tuesdays every month during the regular season. Registration is required and all forms of entertainment are welcomed; cabaret artists, mimes, actors, comedians, clowns, singers, tap dancers, musicians, dancers, magicians, jugglers… professionals, amateurs and beginners. Each artist has a performance time of 10 minutes.
As with every Open Stage: everything is possible, and nothing is certain! Except that no show will be like the previous one!
