Eliot composed an engaging collection of humorous poems about cats entitled OLD POSSUM\u2019S BOOK OF PRACTICAL CATS<\/em> – these feline texts have proven irresistible to cat lovers, lovers of nonsense, and admirers of Eliot throughout the English-speaking world, while offering grown-ups a satisfying sophistication and double entendre; a timeless collection of children\u2019s poems for adults. This book formed the libretto of the 1970\u2019s musical CATS. We choose not<\/em> to perform songs from the Andrew Lloyd Weber show but rather feature popular cat related<\/em> Songs & Music from the era <\/em>in which T.S.
