NEAT \u2013 New English American Theatre is proud to feature aspiring  as well as established, published Authors, Poets, Playwrights and giving them the opportunity to present their own works on a regular basis with the DARK MONDAY @ MERLIN series. In the past we have presented several new plays by Michael Hilton, introduced the young Scottish Poet Archie MacJoyce to our Stuttgart audience, hosted the award winning Poet Stephen Thomas and it has become an annual tradition to feature the WRITERS IN STUTTGART collective every January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2016, the DARK MONDAY presentation in the month of March has most often been dedicated to the work of Daniel Regelbrugge<\/strong>, prolific American Author & Poet. His texts are scintillating and spellbinding and it is always a treat to hear him present samples of his latest work in the field of poetry, prose and short stories. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On March 1, Daniel Regelbrugge<\/strong>, along with Susan Schwartz, Christopher Parkinson and Pascal Dieterich, will be reading the Prologue to KRONOS (Book Three of the Mythos Trilogy), several poems and short stories and<\/em> perhaps give us a sneak preview excerpt from a draft of the forthcoming book DISSIDENCE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel Regelbrugge<\/strong> is an American poet and author. He was born in Detroit, MI, and went on to study English and French literature, as well as Russian and International Relations. He was a soldier and an arms control inspector\/Russian interpreter\u00a0for fifteen years, and helped translate the START Follow-on Treaty in Geneva in 2010. He has written three novels, three collections of short stories, and a collection\u00a0of poetry. All of these works are available on Amazon. He is nearly finished with another novel, and yet another collection of short stories. Daniel manages language training and linguist support to real world missions and exercises for US Army Europe & Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
