It’s time for more musical time travel with Erica Applezweig and Michael Hecht!
As a follow up to their sold out show last February, New Yorker, Dr. Erica Applezweig (vocals, guitar) and the songwriter Michael “Mesox” Hecht (vocals, guitar) have once again chosen a fine selection of folk songs and blues made famous in New York’s Greenwich Village in the 60s, and represented by such artists as Pete Seeger, Bob Dylan, Dave Van Ronk , Tom Paxton, and countless others whose music made its way around the world. The music will be interlaced with Erica’s eyewitness accounts from the era – she made the acquaintance of many of these world renowned artists, and in her own vibrant, inimitable style, she’ll make the Village come back to life for you!
The performance will be in English.
Show time: Saturday, 18.2.2017, 8 PM @ Dreigroschentheater
